The House

Elegant and independent holiday house, newly restored, in the heart of central Vasto, “Nonna Clò’s House” offers plenty of space for up to 4  people.

The house is set in a fantastic location, right behind the church of S. Maria Maggiore, and at 25 meters from the medieval Porta Catena and the panoramic Loggia Amblingh.

The house is arranged on three levels, for a total of 100 square meters.

On the ground floor there is the Old Tavern, with an entrance on Porta Catena, with a double sofa bed and independent bath (shower and washing machine included).

On the first floor: kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas (with electric oven), sink, and all the necessary for cooking.

On the second floor: double  bedroom with balcony (with a marvellous view  on the ancient Porta Catena) and a bathroom with shower.

On the very top of the house, for the most brave, there is a small terrace, very characteristic, with a spectacular view on the hills and roofs, where it’s possible to rest and enjoy a glass of wine or beer after a day on the beach.

The House is equipped with a summer air-conditioning system for both the  living area and bedroom. Complete heating system for the winter.

The house can rely on a water tank to avoid possible water shortage during the summer season.

The walls are decorated with paintings and hand-painted plates made by Nonna Clò.

Please note: Being a house of ancient construction with non-comfortable stairs, unfortunately it is not suitable for elderly or disabled people.
